Privacy Policy

We collect uploaded photos, generated results, email addresses and payment records. Stripe, PayPal and Waffo handle payments; we do not store card details.

Your photos and results are private by default. We use them to generate your works and check their quality.

We send your uploaded photos to Replicate for image and video generation. We send reference photos and generated images and videos to Google Gemini API for safety and quality checks. AI checks can make mistakes. We do not store facial feature vectors. These providers process the submitted media under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores uploaded photos and generated results in private storage. Resend processes email addresses and message contents, including result links, to send receipts and generation notifications. Stripe, PayPal and Waffo process payments; photos are not sent to them for payment processing.

Our cleanup process schedules uploaded photos and generated results for deletion after 30 days. Photo-check results are cached by content hash for up to 30 days. Cleanup runs periodically, so deletion may finish after the retention cutoff. You can request earlier deletion through the result page. This media retention period does not describe payment or account records, or copies retained independently by service providers under their policies.

You can delete your works and close your account at any time.
