Refund Policy

You can request a full refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds, including payment platform refunds and chargebacks, automatically take back the credits from that order.

If a video fails our quality check, its credits are returned automatically.

Not you? Free redo. If a face does not look like you, you can request a free redo.

Results that have been successfully generated and downloaded are not refundable unless they failed the quality check.

To request a refund or redo, email support@couplesvideo.com.
