If you make a memorial work for someone who has passed away, you declare that you are an immediate family member and accept full responsibility. CouplesVideo is not responsible for disputes arising from this use and may ask for proof.

Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Sexual or NSFW content, content involving minors, non-consensual use of photos, impersonation, fraud, violence, hate, harassment, illegal content and rights violations are prohibited. Memorial works are limited to immediate family members under the family declaration.
