Report handling times
- We acknowledge reports within 24 hours of receiving them.
- We complete handling within 48 hours of receiving a report, including removal or deletion, a warning, or an account suspension or ban as appropriate.
- Content involving minors or serious illegal activity is taken down immediately and reported to NCMEC or the appropriate authorities.
Appeals
You may appeal a decision by emailing support@couplesvideo.com. We reply to appeals within 5 business days.
